Finding the right support shouldn't be another burden for parents who are already struggling.

Too often, individuals experiencing perinatal depression, anxiety, grief, or emotional distress are left to navigate complex insurance networks, search for therapists accepting new clients, and coordinate care on their own. These barriers can delay treatment and leave families feeling overwhelmed during a time when support is needed most.

The Village Project removes these barriers through warm referrals and personalized care navigation. Rather than simply providing a list of providers, our team works alongside families to identify trusted perinatal mental health clinicians who match their clinical needs, insurance coverage, location, and scheduling preferences. We also facilitate referrals to allied health professionals, including lactation consultants, doulas, pelvic floor physical therapists, feeding and sleep specialists, and other providers who support maternal and infant well-being.
