Village Visits

The transition to parenthood can be joyful, overwhelming, and everything in between. Whether you're feeling anxious, isolated, grieving, exhausted, or just not like yourself, finding the right help shouldn’t be another thing you have to figure out alone

That is what a Village Visit is for. A Village Care Coordinator gets to know you and what you need, then does the legwork of finding care: therapists, psychiatric providers, support groups, and community resources that take your insurance (or are low-cost or free) and can see you soon, not months from now.

How it works:

  1. Reach out or get referred. You can contact us directly, or your OB-GYN, midwife, pediatrician, or other provider can refer you.

  2. We’ll be in touch within 48 hours. Your care coordinator will connect with you by phone, video, or in person to learn about what you’re going through and what kind of support you’re looking for.

  3. We find the care, you focus on you. We’ll identify options that fit your needs, insurance, and schedule, help you get connected, and check in along the way.

Village Visits are always free.
